The theme for the 23-24 school year is "Connected in Christ!" and comes from God's Word as found in John 15:5, which reads as follows: "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
Throughout the 23-24 school year, DLS will focus on how Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, connects us to God and each other through the victory He won for us on the cross. There is power in connection. Jesus promises us that we can bear much fruit--fruit that will last--when we are connected to Him. It is our prayer that each of our students, our families, staff, and volunteers will grow in many ways and become closer in their personal connection with Christ.
